YES Meeting relies on its Ambassadors to spread the word about our conference all around the world. Ambassadors motivate fellow students to come to Porto from the 19th to the 22ndof September 2024. The ambassadors of the YES Meeting are students from all over the world who have attended the YES Meeting themselves. Their experience at the conference has motivated them to help the Organizing Committee to reach more students by using their own network. They are dedicated to promoting the YES Meeting and helping other students attend.

As an Ambassador of the YES Meeting, many benefits will come your way! First of all, you will get an opportunity to be part of an international community of the most passionate students in medicine, biomedicine and other related life sciences and you will be rewarded with an official and signed Ambassador Certificate of the 19th YES Meeting. On top of this, the most active ambassador will be rewarded with a prize!

If you are interested in becoming an ambassador, you can promote the 19th YES Meeting in a myriad of ways! For instance, you can promote it via your university, student association and/or faculty, via social media and by means of posters/flyers! The YES Meeting Organising Committee is grateful for those who enter the Ambassadors Programme.

All you have to do to sign up is to read our Ambassador Programme Terms and Conditions and submit your application using this form.

Our Call for Ambassadors is open from the 26th of November 2023 until the 21st of January 2024!

Conferences like this will make your path shine brighter. By promoting this event, I could represent my country while meeting other medical students and having the best lectures. At the Closing Ceremony, I got the biggest surprise: an applause from Porto, the award for the best Ambassador of the 14th YES Meeting!

When this event said #YES to me as the Best Ambassador of the 15th edition, that was a wake-up call: "Dijedona, #YES, you did it!"

Last year, I had the honor of becoming the ambassador for the 18th YES Meeting. My motivation for joining the program stemmed from the incredible experience I had during the previous 17th edition.
While I had atended over a dozen medical students' conferences before arriving in Porto, I must admit that the YES Meeting truly captured my heart. The organization, the people, the atmosphere of the meeting, and, of course, the city itself are truly exceptional and worth experiencing.
I have also organized several conferences at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, such as the International Medical Students’ Conference (IMSC), and many ideas were inspired by the YES Meeting. Impressed by your outstanding organization, I decided to participate in the Ambassador Program to be part of this excellent initiative and to promote the opportunity to atend the conference among my colleagues at my university and other universities in Poland.
I highly recommend participating in the YES Meeting in Porto. See you next year!
